| Article | : | At Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Memphis, comprehensive Teacher Training is provided for you to have the skills to become a Certified Dance Instructor , and earn up to $50K within your first two years, no teaching experience required. This opportunity includes travel, participation in shows and competitions, and can lead to professional competition.
We are looking for a Full-Time Ballroom Dance Instructor. The hours of the position are Monday through Friday from 1-10PM.
All we require from you is that you are ambitious and a self-starter. The right candidates are:
Outgoing, fun, enthusiastic and enjoy entertaining people. Have strong customer service and communication skills Have a positive attitude with a desire to enhance peoples lives.

Requirements:
Applicant must be able to remain on their feet and dancing for up to 8 hours a day.
Applicant must speak fluent English.
Applicant must have a reliable means of transportation to and from the job.
Job requires evenings, some weekend work and the ability to travel.
Applicants must be well groomed and well mannered.
Applicants must complete 4-week training course M-F from 3-6PM.

Our well-established Memphis studio has been in operation for over 20 years.
